A brief explanation

In springtime of 2004, an attempt was made to meet The Little Prince (Le Petit Prince). A biplane with two occupants started on a four week journey. They flew away from the Netherlands at the end of May 2004. They travelled through France and on their trip they hoped to arrange a rendez vous with their old friend. Subsequently, they landed their old machine on a number of aerodromes within France where they met many people.

Once on the ground, their audience witnessed a series of (mime) acts and other “tools from the theatre”. It was the aim of the two travellers to show the public an animated story about their findings in the air.
The aviators wore clothing from the 1930’s; the infamous Barnstorming time.
